Comedians Announcing NBA Games?
What do comedians and the NBA have in common? They're both entertainment. Put them together, you got entertainment coming out of both ends - double entertainment aka Comedian Broadcasters.

Comedians and sports have been tested right in front of us for a few years. Kevin Hart and Snoop did hilarious commentary on Olympics highlights, garnishing millions of views. We can also find thousands of Instagram and TikToks of people commenting on sports highlights.
So put these all together and you have an alternative (and hilarious) stream to watch sports.
What would this look like?
Live streamed sports with "alternative" commentators. To start, comedians would be the obvious choice for entertainment value. So instead of having Marv Albert, legendary NBA announcer, you'd get King Bach, comedian, who some viewers would find funnier and more relatable.
How Could You Execute?
If you wanted to start small, you could get streaming rights to local high school and smaller college games. Luckily since streaming is fairly simple, you would get a stream going on a zoom webinar, hire a couple of local comedians and pay them $25 to watch and comment on the game ($50 total). Charge viewers $3-$5 per game and send them the zoom link after purchase. You're breaking even after 10 to 20 viewers.
If you like to operate in the gray area (where the fun happens) then you could stream an NBA game on your computer right to zoom, hire a couple of comedians $50/ea to watch and comment on the game. Charge folks $5/game to watch and you're breaking even after 20 viewers.
Where this could work today legally is asking a small town bar that streams the games if you (or someone better than you) can announce the games to the bar.
Growing your audience would be simple; you slice and dice some of the funny highlighted clips from the stream. Put them on YT shorts, TikTok, Reels, you know the deal.
Scalability:
Comedians can do broadcast courses to earn more, increasing professionalism slightly
You can have a "newb stream" where the commentators will explain the rules and whats going on as the game develops
The "we're just watching because the players are hot" stream - works for both men and women
And then of course venture out to a bunch of different sports, slowly expanding your sports media laughing empire
Viability:
1 [building spaceships hard] to 5 [easy peasy]

This business is a 4 ghost viability. Definitely do-able without any huge upfront costs, the big factor would be getting the rights to stream. May take a few emails/phone calls. But finding comedians and growing an audience would be simple.
