Nightclubs meet Disney Land
and how bachelorettes got involved
Welcome to Ghost Business - where mediocre business ideas go to launch or die

Hey Ghosties,
Thank you for subscribing and joining today. I love your feedback on these posts and REALLY LOVE hearing when you guys attempt some of these Ghosts Businesses đ

Clubbing Fast Pass
Clubs love lines⊠but Disney doesnât. Thereâs something inherently strange about people waiting in line to me. We associate âvalueâ with long lines. Maybe itâs a signal for the demand side of the supply and demand curve.
Personally, I hate lines. It feels like a mouse in a maze and Iâm not sure if the cheese is worth it. But weâve been dealing with lines for years.
When DisneyLand opened up in 1971, the number one complaint was long lines. It took 18 years for someone (shoutout to Disney Imagineer, Greg Hale) who came up with the FastPass. Originally meant for people to reserve their spot in line. Starting out as free, FastPass+ turned into a paid tier for people to skip the wait in lines after paying a premium.
This makes sense.
First Class boarding: I personally prefer to be the last one on high fiving everyone down the aisles.
VIP event entrances: have you ever seen a celebrity wait in line? Itâs like trying to watch someone fold a waffle, it just awkward.
TSA Pre-check: People will be waiting at some point, the security line is where most of the entertainment happens, so this is a line we can all appreciate.
Time to Disney-fy the dance floor⊠Most clubs already have something like this built INSIDE the building. Bottle service allows you skip the lines for the bar and the beverage can be brought to you.

The End Goal
The final product would look like an Airbnb booking. You can browse clubs in the area and prices charged with number of people in your group. Select a time slot, purchase online, and you get a digital ticket for the bouncers to check.
The digital ticket has: Club, date, time, and number of people. Payment is accepted through the site and split between the club venue and the online site.
I would charge something like 20-30% of the door fee.
The club has now added another revenue stream at essentially no cost to it. This also adds another platform for patrons to browse clubs in the area.

The MVP
Start with the bachelorettes. We all know and love them. Theyâre planners, they know what color theyâll have on, the type of flowers in the vase, and of course the clubs theyâll be hitting in the night time đ
Reach out to club management and promoters. They always want to fill up the space with beautiful ladies and have a streamlined payment process (who doesnât).
Tell them you can get a group of 10 IF they can side track the line and you can schedule payment to the club directly.
Reach out to bachelorette organizers and get them to that club! Tell them they wonât have to wait in line and can get in right away.

Scaling Up
Work with a few clubs like this. Youâll become a club promoter of sorts but can then scale to work parties, graduation events, and much much more.
Ultimately, you can be the go to âfast passâ person for any event in your area; pop-ups, museums, restaurants, etc.

Viability:
1 [building spaceships] đ to 5 [easy peasy] đ

This will be a lot of work. Being a nightclub person is hard. First youâll have to be up past 9pm đ± . For that reason, Iâm out.
But as you get more and more clubs on board, this will just become a top funnel approach where you need more emails per city and can hit them with new clubs and private events open to this âselectâ list.
As usual each business will have itâs own setbacks, and itâs all about the execution and consistency rather than just having the idea đ
Itâs a great day to be great!
Love, Mike
